Statement by Madhav Kavuru

Introduction

My name is Madhav Kavuru. This website originates from a research paper I first wrote in 1992 while a medical student at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. This was before the era of the internet, Google, Wikipedia, or artificial intelligence. I gathered the material by spending countless hours in libraries and reviewing physical texts.  

Over the years, I have updated the paper as new information became publicly available. While individual facts have been refined, my central thesis — including the “Indian connection” — remains unchanged. This site and its content were created manually without the use of AI.

Background

During and after medical school, I was involved with the CIA for a number of years. Due to classification restrictions, I am unable to share detailed information about my work.  

In the current political environment, I am deeply concerned about developments under Project 2025 and policy changes by the present administration. Multiple government agencies, including the CIA, appear to be undergoing a politically motivated purge of experienced civil servants. Established norms and institutional safeguards built over decades are being dismantled at an extraordinary pace.

Current Concerns

Based on my knowledge and personal experience, I believe the current administration is targeting certain individuals — including myself — for elimination. My history with the CIA, and the contents of my file, make me a potential subject of such targeting.  

I believe one preferred covert method for such assassinations involves introducing fentanyl into a target’s food or medicine. This approach leaves little visible trace, as a dose as small as two milligrams can be fatal and a death can be attributed to a heart attack or other natural cause.

To address any suspicion regarding my health, I have undergone both a stress test and echocardiogram, both of which confirm that my heart function is normal. If I die unexpectedly in the near future, I ask that this statement be taken as evidence of my warning.

Supporting Observations

On numerous occasions, I have noticed that people in public settings — for example, in grocery stores — appear to behave in ways that suggest prior instruction or coordination regarding my presence. Individually these actions may seem minor, but when considered together, they indicate a concerted effort to track, monitor, and possibly interfere with my activities. These occurrences can be substantiated by witness testimony as necessary. 

Given that the U.S. government has influence over the national food and medical supply chains, it is fully capable of introducing lethal substances without detection. Even if I travel internationally, I recognize that no country is beyond the operational reach of the CIA, and comparable tactics could be employed outside the United States.  

Broader Implications

In my view, these trends represent a dangerous slide toward an Orwellian “Big Brother” style of governance. The erosion of legal norms, the targeting of perceived opponents, and covert manipulation of core systems pose a threat not only to individual safety but to the survival of democratic institutions.

In time, the full scope of my involvement with the CIA will become public, along with recordings that provide greater context for my warnings. While my statements today may sound improbable to some, I believe that future events will make their logic clear.

I am making this public statement to document my concerns, both for my personal safety and for the record. I urge anyone reading this to take note, preserve this message, and be prepared to hold the appropriate people and institutions accountable should harm come to me or my family.
